Having these older fixtures means more time finding parts and not to mention less efficient. Think of this, if you have different faucets in each apartment, you either have to stock multiple parts, or match parts each time you need to service that faucet. Although there may be an initial expense (which can be spread out) the advantages outway the disadvantages. Stocking an extra faucet and a couple of stems is cheaper than stocking one part for each or having to run for parts with every repair. Even though we suggest this, it is not needed for us to maintain your property. We attempt to stock parts most common to your properties saving you added expenses.

With cleaning completed by a janitorial professional and repairs made by an experienced repairman, we guarantee your property will be ready to rent when you need it.   • Free labor on weather-stripping for doors
  • $20 ea. Installation for replacement windows (some restrictions apply)
  • $25 ea. Installation for replacement exterior door (some restrictions apply)
